Spirited Cocktail is a craft cocktail and bartending service provided on Hawai’i Island.  We create a product that is timeless and fresh, and makes your wedding or event feel uniquely yours.  With quality ingredients, uniqueness in presentation, and an ease of service necessary to deliver a seamless, elegant performance, we’ll be the taste left in your guest’s mouth long after your event is over.

Our pricing is determined by your guest count, the amount of time you'd like us at your event,  and the crafting of your Menu. Give us a call, and let us create a unique experience for your event!

Please note that Hawai’i County Law prohibits us from supplying the liquor for your event.  After we've created a menu together, we will provide you with a liquor shopping list.  You do the shopping, and leave the cocktail magic to us.

Bar Programs and Consulting

Just as a restaurant can be judged by the quality of their bread, a bar can be judged by something as basic as their ice.

Let us assist in designing your bar menu to compliment your location’s concept. We can be a part of brainstorming or be as hands on as training your bar or hotel staff.

We’d love to work with local liquor distillers in developing their brands, or with liquor distributers and their staff.

Cocktail Classes

Join us for a Cocktail Class! We’ll start with the basics of building a cocktail, and nerd out as deep as you’d like to go.

Meet the Team

Billy digs the Melvins, likes tweaking classic cocktail concepts, and takes his Fernet neat with a sour beer back.

Heather’s go to cocktail is a Vieux Carre, she writes in her spare time, and loves the details of throwing a good party.

Ryan surfs goofy foot, has a preference for mezcal, and can be found in the kitchen trying out new cocktail/cooking recipes on most rainy days.

Together with their team of bartenders, you’ll be in good hands.
